Customer Relationship Officer (CRO – Agent)
360 Technologies is seeking applications for the position of Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) for a prestigious project. Position: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) Location: Multiple Locations (as per project requirement)

Key Responsibilities:


Interact directly with customers and register complaints

Provide real-time assistance to customers

Monitor complaint resolution process

Maintain records and generate reports


Eligibility Criteria:


Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree

Basic computer knowledge

Good communication skills (Urdu & English)

Relevant experience will be preferred

Maximum 35 years
