We are hiring a Supervisor to manage CSRs, maintain quality standards, and ensure smooth operational workflows. The ideal candidate will coordinate between management and field teams while ensuring timely and accurate task execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a related field
Strong team leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to handle work pressure and maintain quality standards
Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between Manager and CSRs
Manage CSRs at division and subdivision levels
Resolve internal and external CSR issues
Ensure quality of work according to required standards
Validate data accuracy and resolve document discrepancies
Plan resources to ensure timely availability of CSRs
