In Dubai I served as Senior Facilities Manager / Head of Operations of Secureplus Facilities Manager and I was responsible for the complete FM Division managing all the Hard & Soft services.
Also in Dubai I served as Facility Manager of Iconic Business Central Towers in Dubai for little over 2 years in a very end European work environment and I maintained very high service standards and I received an excellent feed back from the Tenants of Business Central Towers mostly European, Also served as Head of operations for another Total FM company in Dubai overseeing MEP, Cleaning, Security, One time MEP projects, and the Business Development of the company.
During the course of employment as a Facility Manager of Business Central Towers an iconic Twin Towers in the Media City in Dubai which is G+52 F+3 B+6 P I was responsible for the complete administration of the Building encompassing Tenancy management, Fit-out , Health & safety, All the hard & Soft services.
Moreover I remained a Facilities Manager for a fixed term of 3 months for Latifa Towers on Sheikh Zayed road in Dubai towards addressing the post construction and the Defect Liability period issues of 40th Floor Residential Tower and 40th Floor Commercial Tower and I successfully addressed the Post construction & the DLP issues(Defect Liability Period issues)
Presently I am working as a Pre-Opening Chief Engineer of Centara Grand Hotel a very high end 5 Star Hotel due to open in May this year
Last but not the least I may add that by profession I am a Marine Engineer & I gained my professional Qualifications from the UK and I am holding prestigious certificate in occupational Safety from the UK moreover I passed UK City & Guilds accredited qualification of Security Manager from Dubai Police Academy in March 2015.
